Flatdeck Truck
One of the things about owning a fleet of rental trucks is all the things that our customers use them for and if you are working in the fine weather then an open deck or flatdeck allows you transport a load of furniture a little cheaper than in our box trucks. Or if you are working in the garden or on a landscape project and want to be able to just toss the garden waste onto the back for a quick trip to the dump or garden supply depot.
Use of these trucks offer you just so many options and with the ability to be driven on a car licence you don’t need to worry about having a truck licence to do what you need to do when you need to do it.
With a deck size of 3100mm long and 1600mm wide these trucks are bigger and stronger than the utes and can take a much heavier load allowing you to do more and carry more.
With our own onsite diesel refilling station we can save you time and the trouble of visiting the petrol station prior to your return and like all of our truck rental fleet you get the first 100 kilometres free from any mileage charges and your rental rate includes insurance and GST something most other companies add to their costs. We do also offer rental rates that include unlimited mileage if you are planning a delivery to Wellington or some such thing.
As numbers of rental trucks in this class are limited an early booking is essential to ensure that we have ion available on the day you need it. All trucks in this class are manual.
If you are planning to collect a load of top soil or builders mix rather than shovelling it all of the rear you may wish to consider upgrading your booking to one of our tippers that will make your job much easier.
