We are an Auckland only based company and at this stage only do hires on a return to base basis.
How old do I need to be?
We have a minimum age of 21 for all drivers.
What sort of licence do I need?
We require that all drivers have the equivalent of a full New Zealand drivers licence we will accept on a limited basis a NZ restricted licence however higher insurance excess applies.
What credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, JCB and Farmers cards.
What happens if I do not have a credit card?
We will accept a cash bond please phone for details.
What happens if I breakdown?
All vehicles are covered with roadside assistance and if the vehicle cannot be repaired within a reasonable period of time we will replace it. (some minor conditions may apply)
What happens if I need to cancel the booking or return my car rental early?
If you return you vehicle earlier than expected then a minimum of 24 hours notice is required before any refund applies.
We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If you do not advise us that you wish to cancel your booking then we reserve the right to charge you a minimum 20% cancellation fee in the event of a cancelled booking of less than 48 hours without notice then a 100% cancelation fee will apply.
Do you charge for additional drivers?
Definitely not. When you pick up you car rental you can add as many drivers to the rental agreement without incurring any additional charges.
