Car rental airport pick up and drop off.
We have an arrangement with one of the leading Park and Ride services at the Auckland Airport who operate a valet parking service approximately a 3 minute drive from the airport they will meet your flight no matter who you fly with and what time of the day or night you arrive.
Should you wish to use this service we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and also have a vehicle at the airport for you. A one of fee $35 is payable for this service.
Once you have cleared the terminal look for their shuttle and they will then take you to their base where they will hand over your car to you. Copies of contracts and all breakdown information and your GPS unit (if ordered) will be in the glovebox of the car. Please remember that they are only our agents and do not accept payment of any kind on our behalf and have no knowledge of our contracts these questions can be answered by calling our office on 0800 525 663 from any phone during our business hours of 8am to 5pm 7 days a week. Please note that you will be required to show photo ID at the counter.
If you are leaving your car at the airport you will find our agents at 112 Pavillion Dr Airport Oaks (click here for a map) Please ensure that the vehicle is full of fuel and any accident damage no matter how minor has been reported to us. Once they have checked the car into their system our agents will transfer you to the airport. You should allow an extra 15 to 20 minutes prior to your expected check in time at the airport to ensure everything runs smoothly. /images/uploads/Airport Dropoff(1).pdf
Where to find your shuttle.
Once your flight has landed, a dedicated shuttle will be dispatched to the appropriate terminal be it International, Air NZ Domestic or Qantas/Pacific Blue Domestic
For thepick up point at the International terminal turn left out of the customs hall, and exit the building through door 11 located at the far left hand corner of the terminal between McDonlads and the I site information centre, turn right and wait underneath the overhead clock for the shuttle. The shuttle pick up point for Air NZ Domestic is located in the centre lane of the carpark/pick up and drop off point outside the terminal this lane is bordered by concrete barriers. Download PDF here

Once you have boarded the shuttle, you will be transferred back to their premises where you can uplift your rental vehicle. Their staff will be more than happy to offer any further assistance if it is required.
