We have an arrangement with Air New Zealand Parking who operate a valet parking service approximately a 3 minute drive from the airport they will meet your flight no matter who you fly with and what time of the day or night you arrive.
Should you wish to use this service we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and also have a vehicle at the airport for you. A cost of $35 is payable each way for this service.
Once you have cleared the terminal look for their shuttle (if you cannot locate their shuttle feel free to call them on 09 275-3083) they will then take you to their base where they will hand over your car to you. Copies of contracts and all breakdown information and your GPS unit (if ordered) will be in the glovebox of the car. Please remember that they are only our agents and do not accept payment of any kind on our behalf and have no knowledge of our contracts these questions can be answered by calling our office on 0800 525 663 from any phone during our business hours of 8am to 5pm 7 days a week.
If you are leaving your car at the airport you will find Air NZ Parking at 7 Freight Place, Mangere (click here for map). Please ensure that the vehicle is full of fuel and any accident damage no matter how minor has been reported to us. Once they have checked the car into their system Air NZ Parking will transfer you to the airport. You should allow an extra 15 to 20 minutes prior to your expected check in time at the airport to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Picking up the passenger
Once your flight has landed, a dedicated shuttle will be dispatched to the appropriate terminal be it International, Air NZ Domestic or Qantas/Pacific Blue Domestic
The shuttle pick up point for the International terminal is DOOR 9 which is directly outside the arrivals door and slightly to the left. The shuttle pick up point for Air NZ Domestic is at DOOR 3. The shuttle pick up point for Qantas & Pacific Blue domestic flights is outside DOOR 7 of the Qantas Domestic terminal.
Once you have boarded the shuttle, you will be transferred back to our premises where you can uplift your rental vehicle. Our staff will be much obliged to offer any further assistance if it is required.
